Nutritional Therapy Sheffield

WELCOME to my website and a Happy & Healthy 2009.

I hope you will discover the information you are looking for about 'Eating Your Way To Health' and a little about myself. Please do not hesitate to contact me via e-mail or telephone if you would like to find out more.

Healthy Eating is something most of us are concerned about. My aim, as a nutritional therapist, is to provide professional nutrition advice which is specific to each client's individual needs, and which takes into account biochemical individuality. Many of my clients first come to see me because they are struggling with low energy levels or long-standing digestive complaints. Many have health problems that are made worse by stress. Some clients are concerned primarily with managing their weight but then are surprised that health problems such as eczema or migraines clear up after following a nutrition programme for between 4 -12 weeks. To see a list of health complaints which may be helped by nutritional therapy, please click on 'Health Complaints' in the menu.

Choosing a 'one to one nutrition consultation' is a great way of helping yourself to discover how to get your health back on track. I allow between 70-80 mins for an initial consultation which means I have the time to really listen to & understand my client's health concerns, and to route out possible underlying causes. I am able to offer expert advice which caters to the individual, no matter what their existing culinary skills and dietary habits. Sometimes clients choose to have tests carried out, via approved laboratories, to help us build up a clearer picture of what is going on biochemically. Many wish to support their healing by following a supplement programme.
To find out more click on 'Consultations' in the menu.

If you are interested in healthy eating and belong to a community group, school or business, I offer presentations and workshops on request.

You can find out more about me, my career and my qualifications by clicking on 'The Practitioner' in the menu.
